Only one little complaint ,hairdryer didnt work, asked for replacement a couple of times but didnt get one.

Location, staff, food were all excellent. Staff all took time to to make us fell welcome while being very busy. Breakfast lunch and dinner were all lovely. We all had the beef for dinner and it was fantastic. Melt in your mouth. We were put in a family room and it must have had one of the best balcony views. Could spent your holiday out there and be happy. (The wooden latts on the Balcony chairs could do with being looked at)

A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! We had a fantastic experience at this lovely, family-run hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and the friendly atmosphere was evident throughout our stay. The bar staff were exceptional, and the reception team were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and eager to assist with anything we needed. When we got off the ferry, a minibus was waiting to take our bags and us to the hotel, but we opted for the short five-minute walk. Even so, our bags were already there waiting for us when we arrived! The entire hotel was spotless and smelled beautifully fresh. The reception staff kindly arranged taxis for us when we wanted to explore farther afield with our elderly parents, which was a huge help. The food in the hotel was absolutely beautiful, and the genuine family atmosphere made us feel right at home from the moment we walked through the door. In the evenings, there was traditional music and great craic, which we really enjoyed. The beds were very comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. All in all, it was a brilliant stay—and I’ll definitely be back!
